A complete digital-to-manufacturing partner

From concept to production.

3D Scanning · CAD Modeling · Digital Design · CNC Manufacturing · Fabrication · Powder Coating · Assembly

Have an idea, physical part, drawing, or CAD file? Infinity Fabrication brings the digital design and manufacturing process together under one roof, from the first scan or sketch to the finished product.

One part, through the shop

  • 3D Scanning
  • Scan Data
  • Geometry Extraction
  • SolidWorks Model
  • CNC Manufacturing
  • Fabrication
  • Powder Coating
  • Finished Product

No file? No problem.

Don’t have a CAD file? No problem.

Bring us the part.

A broken component, a discontinued part, a prototype, a race chassis, a physical component, a drawing, a photograph, or simply an idea. Infinity can start there.

Bring us the project. We’ll help move it through the process.

How it works

One workflow. One shop. One point of contact.

Infinity doesn’t simply fabricate a part and stop there. We are building a controlled process around the entire project.

Capabilities

From digital data to real metal.

One complete workflow rather than a collection of unrelated services.

01

Digital capture & design

Capture, Model and Design. The part becomes data, and the data becomes something a machine can cut.

FAQs

Questions we get asked.

What does Infinity Fabrication do?

We take a project from concept to production: 3D scanning, CAD modeling, digital design, CNC manufacturing, fabrication, powder coating, assembly, quality control, packaging and shipping.

I do not have a CAD file. Can you still help?

Yes. That is the normal starting point. Bring us a broken component, a discontinued part, a prototype, a race chassis, a drawing, a photograph or an idea, and we start there.

Do you handle the whole job in-house?

One workflow, one shop, one point of contact. Scanning, modeling, design, CNC, welding, coating, assembly and inspection all happen under one roof, so nothing is repeated between suppliers.

What happens after the part is made?

It is inspected, assembled, packaged and shipped. Work order, production, quality control, packaging, shipping and invoicing all run as one controlled process.

Which industries do you work with?

Motorsports and racing, off-road, SXS and UTV, manufacturing, industrial and commercial, and product development.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is customized to each project, based on the specific services and the level of involvement required.
