About

A complete digital-to-manufacturing partner.

Infinity Fabrication takes a project from concept to production: 3D scanning, CAD modeling, digital design, CNC manufacturing, fabrication, powder coating, assembly, quality control, packaging and shipping. Hazard, Kentucky, established 2023.

What we are

One workflow. One shop. One point of contact.

Most projects are handed between a designer, a machine shop and a finisher. Every hand-off is a chance for the drawing and the part to drift apart, and every one of them costs time.

Infinity Fabrication runs the whole workflow in-house, from the first scan to the finished product. Bring us the project and we’ll help move it through the process: captured, modeled, designed, manufactured, fabricated, finished, inspected and delivered.

That means a change at the model stage does not mean starting again with a new supplier, and you deal with the people doing the work at every stage.

The team at Infinity Fabrication is passionate about combining accurate digital design with modern manufacturing technology to produce high-quality, repeatable results.

Capabilities run from 3D scanning, CAD modeling, chassis digitizing, digital design and design for manufacturing, through CNC tube processing, tube bending and notching, CNC sheet metal processing, MIG/TIG welding and fabrication, to powder coating, assembly, quality control, and packaging and shipping.

Customers come to Infinity Fabrication from six sectors: motorsports, off-road, SXS and UTV, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, and custom fabrication. Recent work is posted as it leaves the shop on the Infinity Fabrication Instagram, and the jobs worth a longer look are on the projects page. Infinity Fabrication quotes each one on the services it actually needs.

How we work

What every job gets.

Designed to be manufactured

Geometry built so the machines can work from it, not just so it looks right on screen.

One workflow, one shop

Every stage under one roof, so nothing is handed between suppliers and nothing is done twice.

One point of contact

You deal with the people doing the work, at every stage of the project.

Built for repeatability

The hundredth part matches the first, because it comes from the same released model and the same controlled process.

Bring us the idea. Bring us the part. Bring us the file.

We’ll help turn it into production. Describe the work and send over any drawings, CAD files or photos.

FAQs

Questions we get asked.

What does Infinity Fabrication do?

We take a project from concept to production: 3D scanning, CAD modeling, digital design, CNC manufacturing, fabrication, powder coating, assembly, quality control, packaging and shipping.

Do you handle the whole job in-house?

Yes. One workflow, one shop, one point of contact. Scanning, modeling, design, CNC, welding, coating, assembly and inspection all happen under one roof.

I don’t have a CAD file. Can you still help?

Yes, and it is the normal starting point. Bring us a broken component, a discontinued part, a prototype, a race chassis, a drawing, a photograph or an idea, and we start there.

Which industries do you work with?

Motorsports and racing, off-road, SXS and UTV, manufacturing, agriculture and equipment, industrial and commercial, and product development.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is customized to each project, based on the specific services and the level of involvement required.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Describe the work, choose the services you need, and send over drawings, CAD files or photos. Anything that shows the part or the problem helps.
